Meaning:

Jesus, You are the source
of every good thing and every gift.
I praise You every day,
my Lord, with a thankful heart.

surrounded by darkness on every side.
But my Father reached out His loving hand,
found me, and held me close to His heart.

with Your Holy Spirit.
