My Lord never abandons me, His humble servant;
He is always there to lead me.

He will keep me safe beneath His wings
Throughout my life on earth, until the very end.
In times of trouble and sickness,
He is my refuge and my shelter.

2.
When I am weeping
In the valley of tears,
My Lord will never leave me.
He will wipe away every one of my tears.

3.
When storms and waves come crashing against my boat,
He is always right beside me,
My mighty and powerful Lord.

4.
My Beloved is preparing my home in heaven
And will soon come for me.
When my days of serving Him are complete,
I will finally go home to be with Him.
