Meaning:

God who hears our prayers,
Hear the words of Your servants.
You alone are our refuge;
You are the hope of the humble. (2)

Our needs before You, Jesus.
With deepest humility,
We come together joyfully
Into Your holy presence.

Help me to trust in You, Lord,
Without becoming discouraged by anything.
Pour out Your abundant grace
Upon us, O Jesus,
Ocean of grace.

What may be impossible for people
Is possible for our Lord.
Take away all our burdens
And accomplish everything
According to Your will.

You have promised that
Those who believe in the Son
And ask in faith will receive an answer.
So we wait to see
The great glory of God's care.
