1. Paarithil paathakiyaamenikkaayi nee
   Parama-bhavana-mathine-vedinja
   Karanayoru pozhutharivathinn idararuvathinn arulina
   Karanamathu thava charanamaam
   Mama sharanamaam bhava tharanamaamayi!-
    
2. Naadha! ninnaaviyen naavil vannaakayaal
   Navamaa-yudikkum-sthuthikal-dhwanikkum
   Nalamodahamura-cheythidum-mama cheythidum ninkrupa
   Kalitha sukha mihamaruvidum
   Sthavamuruvidum daya perukidunnoru-
    
3. Shaapamee bhoovil ninnaakave neenguvaan
   Sakalaadhipa-vaanoliyaal niravaan
   Sakala manujaril amithamaam sukhamuyaruvaan saadaram
   Pakarukaru-lathi sulabhamaayathi vipulamaay behu saphalamaamayi!!

Meaning:

O Ocean of Supreme Mercy,
O Vast Ocean of Compassion!

1.
For me, a sinner here on earth,
You left Your heavenly home
And came down in mercy to rescue me from suffering.
Your feet are my refuge;
They are my safe place and my salvation.
Please grant me Your grace and make me Yours.

2.
Lord, because Your Spirit has come into my heart and onto my lips,
New songs of praise arise and fill the air.
With joy, I will speak of Your goodness
And proclaim Your grace.
Through Your grace, I will experience true happiness here,
And my heart will overflow with songs of praise
As Your mercy continues to increase.

3.
So that the curse may be completely removed from this earth,
So that the whole world may be filled
With the light of the Almighty,
And so that abundant joy may rise among all humanity,
Pour out Your grace freely—
So generously and abundantly—
Until its blessings bear much fruit.
