           Avanaasanna bhaaviyil haa! bhuviyaagathan aayidum

1. Namukkaakulmakattidaan-veraarumilleeyulakil
   Manashaanthi sadaa tharuvaan-manuvel mashihaa mathiyaam-
    
2. Pithrubhavana mathil namukkaa-yavan veedukal orukkukayaam
   Ee bhuvanamathil athinaal-namukkanyaraay paarthidaam
    
3. Deva kaahalanaadam haa!-mandhya vaanil muzhangidum
   Ee manmaya deham haa!-maari vinmayaraakum naam
    
4. Dharaneethalam aakeyum haa!-sarvva shaapa vimochithamaam
   Marubhoomiyilum puthuthaay-panineer kusumam viriyum-

Meaning:

Let us praise the Lord Jesus
with the greatest and everlasting joy,
for He will soon come again
and appear upon the earth.

1. There is no one else in this world
who can remove our bondage
and give us lasting peace of heart.
Emmanuel, the Messiah, is sufficient for us.

2. In His Father's house
He is preparing homes for us.
Therefore, while we live in this present world,
let us remember that we are only strangers and pilgrims here.

3. The trumpet of God will sound
in the heavens above.
Then these earthly bodies of ours
will be transformed
and we will become heavenly beings.

4. The whole earth will be freed
from every curse.
Even in the desert,
new life will spring forth,
and roses will bloom.
