O Supreme King and Divine Teacher,
we praise You every day, early in the morning.

Lord, give us a new blessing;
grant a fresh blessing to us, Your needy children, this morning.

Give us the new manna that gives life;
give it to us, the needy ones.

2. Those who seek Your face early in the morning
will shine with Your glory.
Trusting in Your promises,
they praise You, our Heavenly Father.

3. Mary Magdalene came early in the morning
with the others to seek You.
Likewise, this needy servant comes before You this morning
to bow down and worship You.

4. O Divine Son, speak to us
with Your gentle voice this morning.
Help us to take up our cross
and carry out the endless work of our Divine Master.
