Give me Your grace every moment;

O Jesus, who loves and cares for those who trust in You,
bless me, though I am weak and helpless.

When I was wandering with no one to turn to,
Jesus my Lord came looking for me.
Even today, He is my refuge
and remains with me in those moments
when I have no one else.

When trusting in people
turned my life into a barren wilderness,
I leaned against Your heart,
where I found shelter,
and continued my journey through the wilderness.

Fill me always with Your love.
Your love alone is enough for me
as my greatest treasure.
Jesus, You alone are all I need
as my companion throughout eternity.
