Paraloka bhaagyam paapiyennullil
           Pakarunnoru devene-nin
           Pukazhpaadi vaazhthidum njaan-

1. Oru naalumen naavil thirunaamam cholluvaan
   Anupolum arhathayillaatha paapi njaan
   Thirunaama keerthanam rakshayin puthugaanam
   Urumodam paadunnu santhosha sthuthi gaanam-
    
2. Aayussinnaruthiyil akkare naattil njaanaananda
   kannuneer thooki nilkkum neram
   Arikil varum naadhan kanneer thudackum than
   Thirumeyyazhakin noliyil muzhukum njaan-
    
3. Krupayude paripaadi theerumbozho manappulari
   vidarumbol nithya yugam thannil
   Azhiyaatha vaadaathoravakaasham karthaavumorumichu
   pankittu vaazhum njaanennaalum-

Meaning:

O God, who pours the blessings of heaven
Into the heart of a sinner,
I will praise You and glorify Your holy name.

1.
I am a sinner who is not worthy
Even in the slightest degree
To speak Your holy name with my lips.
Yet the praise of Your holy name
Has become a new song of salvation for me.
With great joy, I sing
A song of happiness and thanksgiving.

2.
When the end of my earthly life comes
And I stand on the other side,
Shedding tears of joy,
My Lord will come near and wipe away my tears.
I will be completely immersed
In the radiant beauty and glory of His presence.

3.
When the work and journey of grace are complete,
And the eternal dawn begins to rise,
I will receive an inheritance
That can never perish or fade away.
Together with my Lord,
I will share in that eternal inheritance
And live with Him forever.
