He is the Savior of sinners;
Bow down and worship at His feet.

Know that Jesus, the Lord,
Is the Son of God
Who was born into this world
To take away the curse of sin.

He is the eternal Word,
Who existed from the beginning.
Through Him, without distinction,
All things were created,
And the whole world was made beautiful with joy.

3.
He stood as the one and only refuge
For the fathers of old,
And He was the precious divine gift
Who stood faithfully beside them.

4.
He was the true and perfect power
Behind every sacred sacrifice,
The glorious and eternal offering
Given for the sake of humanity.

5.
By dying on the cross,
He removed destruction and death.
He revealed Himself as our refuge
And immediately opened for us
The way of hope.

6.
He Himself is the door
Through which those who draw near
May enter into life;
Through Him they enter
Into divine and everlasting life.
