The God of heaven came down to this earth
and gave His life for sinners.

The God of gods, the Lord of life,
came to this earth so that those who were spiritually dead
might receive eternal life.
He gave His own life for us,
and because of Him, our lives are now blessed.

2.
Our Lord willingly took upon Himself human form
so that we, who are human,
might be given a share in His divine nature.
He conquered death,
will transform our bodies,
and bring us into eternal heavenly glory.

3.
The stars in the vast heavens
will marvel at the glory of redeemed humanity.
Shining and sparkling in the heavens,
they will join in praising
our exalted and glorious Lord.

4.
What an eternal treasure of God's grace!
He will reveal it fully in the age to come.
He will raise us up,
seat us in heaven,
and share His glory with us.
What an amazing and incomparable divine love!
