Let us sing a song of praise to our Lord,
with hearts filled with great joy
and united in love.

1.
Let us sing in the fullness of the Holy Spirit,
for our sins and guilt are washed away
and all our sorrow has been removed.
May the beautiful sound of songs of praise
to Jesus our Lord, the eternal Word,
echo throughout the whole world
and fill every ear.

2.
God has lifted us out of the pit of destruction
and set our feet firmly upon the solid Rock.
He has put a new song in our mouths,
a song of praise to God.
Whenever this song of praise is heard,
may everyone recognize that the Lord, Yahweh,
is our Savior.

3.
We hear the song of Moses
and the song proclaimed in Revelation:
salvation belongs to our God.
May power, honor, and praise
forever belong to the eternal Father,
the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Forever and ever—Hallelujah! Amen! Praise the Lord.
