There is only one desire in my heart, O mighty Lord:
To see You, my beloved.
May Your dwelling place always be my meditation,
And may I live in Your house forever.

You are the lamp that lights my path,
And You are always my companion.
I have nothing to fear,
For You, O Jehovah, are my life and my strength.

2.
You have told me to seek Your face,
And my heart longs for Your light.
Those who seek Your face will shine with glory;
Those who are troubled and sorrowful will find comfort in You.

3.
My soul continually thirsts for You,
My Lord, my Father, my God.
My soul longs to see You, who are Spirit;
O Divine One, You dwell within me.

4.
O One who fills all things and created everything,
Will I ever be able to fully behold You?
Your love gave me life and blossomed for me;
I will forever remember the mystery revealed at Calvary.

5.
The Lord of all, radiant in glory,
The Son of the Most High who reigns upon the earth—
His children will behold Him, the One who is perfect in every way,
And will live with Him forever in complete and everlasting joy.
