I will praise the Lord at all times;
I will sing songs of praise to Him.
His song of praise will always remain on my lips,
forever and ever.

He answered my cries when I called to Him in distress
and graciously responded to my prayers.
When I was afraid, He came near me
and delivered me from all my fears.

When my heart is broken,
He comes near and strengthens me.
He watches over the lives of those who worship Him
and faithfully cares for them.

The Lord sees the tears of those who fear Him.
He sends forth His word
and delivers His people immediately.
