          Shreeyeshu enne rakshichallo

  1. Pharavonn adimayaay paarthavanaam njaan
    Bhaaram chumannayyo valanjethra kaalam
    Kunjaattin ninathaal njaaninnu vimukthan
     
  2. Thudarnnenne pidippaan ariganamaduthu
    Munnottu pokaruthennavar thaduthu
    Daivam chenkadalum pilarnnenne kaathu
     
  3. Maruvilen yaathrackk innavanellaam
    Thann-anudinavum pularthidunnenne
    Ennaalum paadi sthuthikkum njaan thanne
     
  4. Thiruppada seva cheythante neram
    Theeranamennaan enikkullil bhaaram
    Pinnente naadhannarikil njaan cherum

Meaning:

Oh, oh, oh, what joy, what wonderful joy!
Jesus has saved me!

I was once a slave under Pharaoh,
carrying heavy burdens
and suffering for so long.
But now I have been set free
by the blood of the Lamb.

When my enemies came after me
and tried to stop me from moving forward,
God parted the Red Sea
and protected me,
making a way for me to escape.

Throughout my journey in the wilderness,
He provides everything I need.
Day after day, He faithfully sustains me.
I will praise and worship Him
forever.

My heart's desire is to spend my life
serving at His holy feet
until my earthly journey is complete.
Then I will go and be with my Lord
forever.
