I will live forever in joy with my Lord Jesus.
I will forget all the troubles of this world,
And every joy will be mine.

One day I will see the holy face
That wept aloud for me on the cross.
With great joy, I will kiss His sacred hands and feet,
Still bearing the wounds made by the iron nails.

While the angels stand in worship before the Lord
Whom the Jews rejected and crucified,
We, His humble followers,
Will stand beside Him and rejoice with great joy.

When I leave this earthly body,
I know that I will immediately be brought near to Christ Jesus.
With great longing for that day,
I will remain joyfully here on earth
Until the moment of my death.
