I belong to my Lord.
He bought me with His own precious blood.
He had compassion on me
and made me His child.
How could I ever forget such love?

By His grace, God knew me in Christ
even before the ages began.
From that very beginning,
He had prepared the Lamb of God
to be offered as a sacrifice for me.

Because He truly watches over His children
and guards them like the apple of His eye,
I can live each day in this world
without being anxious or shaken.
I can stand firm and live with courage.
Oh, what a blessing!

When trouble comes,
the Lord will keep me safe
under the shelter of His presence.
Even when enemies surround me on every side,
I will gain complete victory over them.

I have only one great desire:
to draw near to His presence,
to sing songs of joy and praise forever,
to meditate in His holy dwelling,
and to remain there always.
