Meaning:

1.
Today, for the very first time,
Open my eyes so that I may truly see
The eternal stream of Your precious blood.

By the blood that flowed freely from You,
You completely washed away
The countless sins I had committed.

2.
One drop of Your life-giving blood
Is enough to put an end
To all the guilt and judgment
That stood against me.
It is the one perfect remedy.

Though my debts are as vast as a mighty ocean,
Just one drop of Your blood
Is enough to wipe them all away
And leave nothing behind.

My sin and rebellion are as deeply stained as blood,
Yet You made Your promise true:
Through Your flowing blood,
You can make me completely white and clean.

The blood You poured out
