Meaning:

The King of kings is coming,
To gather His holy people to Himself.

My heart longs to see my merciful Savior.
Please do not delay the time any longer—

Heaven and earth will pass away,
But my Lord is preparing an eternal kingdom for me.
That is where I will enter and live with Him,
My Beloved.

Christ, who endured suffering for me, is my Lord;
He will give me abundant grace
To endure whatever comes.

Even if my body grows weak and wastes away because of sickness,
I will see my Beloved in a glorified body.
