When I think of my home in the New Jerusalem,
When I think of dwelling there,
My heart fills with joy,
And happiness overflows within me.

The redeemed who have been glorified
Will live freely and joyfully in heavenly glory,
Rejoicing forever
In the presence of their Lord.

A crystal-clear river flows
Through the middle of the city's streets.
The city is beautifully adorned,
Built with precious pearls.

The Sun of Righteousness will rise quickly,
And all our troubles will disappear.
Our mortal bodies
Will be transformed into immortal bodies
By divine power.

Oh, what blessedness!
Oh, what wonderful joy!
We will dwell there forever,
For countless ages,
Singing and praising Jesus
And reigning with Him.
