Immanuel, will You not remove the evil from this earth?
Will You not reign here as King of kings?
When will I finally see the golden dawn of Your coming?
On that day, all my sorrow will come to an end.

You will transform this sin-filled earth
Into a holy and blessed place to live,
Making it radiant and glorious,
And bringing a new and blessed future to its people.
On that day, we will sing with joy and confidence.

Today, there is no place on earth
For the desires of Your people.
But one day this earth will fully reflect Your will
And everything will be as You desire.
I am waiting for that day.

Under Your gracious reign, my Beloved,
Nothing evil will remain.
On that day we will proclaim,
“Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!”
Yes, we will sing, “Hallelujah!” forever.
