Jesus gives me a new song every day.
With joy, I will sing songs of praise to Him

He lifted my feet out of the mire of sin
And washed away my sins
With His precious, holy blood.

In this wilderness of the world,
My Savior gives me everything I need
And faithfully cares for me in peace and safety.

Even if my parents, loved ones, and everyone around me
Should change or leave me,
Jesus will never change.
He will continue to watch over me.

In times of sickness and sorrow,
He comes as my closest and dearest Friend.
With His loving hand,
He supports and strengthens me.

I will no longer chase after the pleasures of this world.
I will count the shame and suffering of the cross
As my eternal treasure
And remain faithful to Christ.

I will wait for the Lord who promised that He would come again,
Singing songs of redemption
As I look forward to His return.
