Meaning:

Do not be troubled, my soul, not even for a moment;
Immanuel knows everything.
The One who came to this world and gave His life for you
Will watch over you and guide your every step.

Do not let your heart tremble because of the storm.
The One who walked upon the sea
Will take care of you and guard you like the apple of His eye.

The Lord who turned the bitter waters of Marah into sweetness
Will give you water to drink.
He alone is enough to be your companion in the wilderness.

The One who has always been your refuge is still with you.
Day and night He will remove your troubles
And wonderfully sustain you with His loving care.
