Meaning:

O Emmanuel, Son of Man!
We bow before Your glorious and honored feet.
We offer our greetings and blessings to You continually;
O Lord, may glory always belong to You!
1.
You came to this earth
to atone for the sin committed by the first humans in Eden.
You died on the cross and rose again.
How wonderful is the story of Your life and work!
2.
O glorious Lord, whom multitudes
praise and bow before even for a moment,
we lovingly bow before Your feet,
which are worthy of worship like beautiful flowers.
3.
Those whom people considered lowly—
fishermen such as Peter and the others—
You adorned with divine grace and power
and sent them into the world as teachers and apostles.
4.
Salutations, O supreme Teacher!
How can we ever fully describe Your admirable qualities?
Your life and character are more fragrant and beautiful
than sandalwood, perfume, and every sweet fragrance.
5.
O Master and Craftsman of all things,
with seemingly small and simple means
You accomplished great and glorious works.
O eternal One, we bow before You!
6.
O God, we are struggling and suffering
in the midst of many troubles.
Touch us with Your loving hand
and cool our burning and troubled hearts.
7.
O great rain cloud!
We are like thirsty chataka birds,
longing for the drops You give.
Please show us Your grace
and take away all our sorrow.
8.
O Lord Jesus,
increase within Your servants continually
hope, obedience, love, humility,
and purity of heart.
We bow before You—
salutations, salutations!
