I will follow my Jesus, carrying my cross,
And I will follow Him to the very end.

When I face heavy burdens,
He supports me with His hands.
Even in the valley of death,
He remains my sweet and faithful companion
Who will never leave me.

2.
He knows me completely;
He cares for me in this world.
When the burdens of my needs surround me,
He alone is my support and refuge.

3.
Even if everyone changes,
Even if my friends forget me,
My Immanuel never changes.
He reigns in glory
And remains with me even now.

4.
My days on earth will be completed
In the service of His holy feet.
At the end, I will draw near to my Beloved,
And He will lovingly embrace me
And hold me close to His heart.
