No matter how many troubles come,
no matter how many losses I face,
and even if people blame or criticize me,
I will not be afraid.

Even if enemies surround me,
and even if my friends laugh at me,
even if my whole body becomes weak and weary,
I will not be afraid.

Even if the sun grows dark,
and the stars fall from the sky,
even if the earth is burned and destroyed,
I will not be afraid.

When my life on earth comes to an end
and I enter my heavenly home,
my shame and rejection will be over.
Then I will sing with joy,
my tears will be wiped away,
and I will live forever in His presence.
