O how wonderful is the name of Christ Jesus!
In Him I find unending rest.

This is the name that continually brings comfort
And freedom of soul to all who are weary, troubled,
And burdened by sin.

He bore our sins, endured the curse,
And suffered the full weight of divine judgment.
He brought peace to God's justice
And carried the sorrow and grief of His beloved ones.

Now I know Him as the One who delights the heart of the Father,
The divine Savior who fills my life with joy.
He has become the One who continually brings me happiness.

I experience more and more clearly
The presence of Christ, who gives me strength.
My heart is filled with contentment;
His presence is truly the best thing for me.

From God's presence, abundant grace continually flows,
And day after day I experience its blessings.
I find such richness and joy
As I continue to live in Christ.

There is great joy in seeing His precious hands
Working in every part of my life.
How blessed are those who trust
In His exalted and glorious name each day!

Nothing in this world can satisfy my deepest longing anymore,
Because my desire is to dwell forever
With the Most High and glorious Son of God.
