1.
Our troubles are nothing; our tears are nothing
When we think of the weight of eternal glory.
These troubles last only for a moment,
So they are nothing compared with what is to come.

When the sound announcing our Beloved's coming is heard,
We will rise and soar like birds.
We will be united with our soul's Beloved, the Bridegroom,
And enter the heavenly wedding chamber.

The Bridegroom will come in the clouds of heaven.
There is no more time to sleep or be careless.
On that great day in the sky,
We will rise and go as His bride.

When nations rise against nations,
When suffering throughout the world increases,
And the burdens of life become heavier,
The Lord of life will come quickly.

5.
Wars, famines, and earthquakes—
Can you not hear the sounds of war all around?
The God of Israel is rising and coming.
People of Jesus,
Let us prepare ourselves!
