O Ocean of Mercy,
I Will Sing and Praise Forever

You came searching for even someone as unworthy as me
And carried the great cross.
You endured the death
That was the consequence of my sin,
And redeemed me.

You wore the crown of thorns
And carried my curse.
Those holy hands of Yours

And fastened to the cross.

To remove the punishment of sin
And give me a place of refuge,
