1.
When I think of the Lord’s trumpet sounding
At the end of the age,
On that eternal morning shining with heavenly glory,
When the redeemed from earth are gathered in heaven,
My name too will be there when the roll is called.
When the names are called,
When the names are called,
My name too will be there when the roll is called.
2.
On that glorious morning, those who have fallen asleep in Christ
Will rise again, clothed in Christ’s glory.
When His people are gathered together
In the heavenly home beyond this world,
My name too will be there when the roll is called.
3.
I have labored day and night for the Lord’s sake;
Let me tell others of His love.
When I have finished my work here on earth
And come to the end of my life,
My name too will be there when the roll is called.
