I will rejoice in the Lord;

When I rest upon the heart of my Lord and Savior.
Jesus alone is my faithful Friend,
Who will remain with me forever

What a blessed and precious relationship!
Neither death nor life

His banner of love is spread over me,
His everlasting arms are beneath me,
And the heavenly hosts of angels
Are continually surrounding me.

The days of tears will soon be over.
I will enter my Lord's home
And live with Him forever.
My heart waits eagerly,
Counting the days until that glorious day.
