Meaning:

1.
When the Lord Himself descends from heaven
With a mighty shout
And the voice of the archangel,
What joy there will be in the heavens!

2.
The saints who are sleeping in the earth
Will hear the sound of the trumpet,
And in an instant they will rise
And be gathered into heaven.
They will experience everlasting joy!

3.
The saints who are still living on earth
Will be transformed in that moment.
With songs of praise and joyful shouts,
They will enter heaven,
Transformed and glorious like the angels.

4.
On the day of the Lamb's wedding feast,
The holy Church, His bride,
Will enter the wedding chamber.
What indescribable joy
They will experience on that day!

5.
All the righteous forefathers and saints
Will be invited to the wedding feast in heaven.
As they sit together at the banquet table,
They will joyfully sing
The songs of Zion.

6.
All the holy people of God from the beginning
Will dwell forever with the Lord in glory,
Living joyfully in the new earth
Where righteousness dwells.

7.
The God of gods, exalted above all,
Will dwell among His holy people.
Forever and ever, they will rejoice
As they behold Him,
Singing, “Hallelujah!” throughout eternity.
