Jeevodanamaaya yeshu-devaa! vandanam
            Devaadheeshaa! neeyozhinjing aarullaashrayam

2.  Manmayanaam aadaamin vazhiyaay vanna

3. Lamkhanathaal naramsamkham asheshavum
   Samkramicha marana shankayozhikkum divya-
    
4. Paavanamaam thiruchorayinaalenne
   Devasavidham thannil sevippaan niyamicha-
    
5. Nin vadanam thannil ninnu thookum krupa
   En vivashathayellaam onnaayakattidunnu-

Meaning:

Praise and Honor to Jesus, the Bread of Life!
O Lord of Heaven, Who else can I turn to but You?

1.
You came down from heaven
To give humanity on earth the life of the Spirit—
You who defeated death And rose again to life.

2.
Because of Adam who was made from dust
Human bodies are prone to death
But You will raise them from the dust.

3.
You came to remove the fear of death
That has spread throughout the entire human race
Because of sin and disobedience.

4.
By Your holy and precious blood,
You have appointed me to serve
In the presence of God.

5.
The grace that flows from Your face
Removes all my weakness,
And lifts away everything that overwhelms me.
