Christ is the source of life;
let us proclaim His name with our lips.
He alone takes away my sin,
and by His own life, He redeemed me.

When I was in a place of weakness,
He gave me His shelter.
He supported me when I fell
and led me along the right path.
With His precious hands,
He wiped away my tears,
and now my heart overflows
with the joy of heaven.

Those of you who are struggling
in a deep sea where you cannot see the shore,
those who are almost overcome with despair
and longing for mercy—
come near to Him, you who are bound and burdened.
He will give you His grace
and the peace your heart longs for.

Through His holy Word,
beautifully handed down to us
through the saints who came before us,
He gives us new strength every day.
And with great joy,
we experience His grace
and the life He gives.
