O Lord of Life, You are mine!

He poured upon me the life-giving water of His grace,
Waking me from sin
And placing a new prayer upon my lips.
He is the One who did this for me.

He gave His own lifeblood for me.
That His Life remains ever powerful and alive in me.
He removed the poison of death from me
And gave me everlasting life.

He gave me His Holy Spirit to make me holy,
Driving the darkness of impurity from within me.
He filled my spirit with faith, hope, and love.
He is the One who has done this for me.

Just as He rose and appeared to Mary,
He has revealed Himself to me, a sinner.
Through His flowing words of love,
He has completely captured my heart.

He has united me with Himself,
As one with His body and His bones,
So that I may never be separated from Him.
He opened His heart
And made His whole heart known to me.

He removes my anxieties and watches over me.
He continually provides food and everything I need.
He leads me faithfully
Along the path of righteousness.

I belong to Him, and He belongs to me forever.
Apart from Him, I know no one else as my own.
He is everything to me—
Lord, You are mine!.
