How good is Jesus, the Lord of life!
Blessed is the person who has tasted
and experienced His goodness.

1.
He came from heaven to this earth
and gave Himself as a sacrifice for humanity.
Blessed is the one who believes in Him
and puts their trust in Him.

2.
He gives comfort every day
to those who trust in Him and serve Him.
No one who has ever come near Him
has been put to shame.

3.
If we take His words as our path and our light
and walk according to them,
we can go forward joyfully to the very end,
without ever walking in darkness.

4.
When we seek His kingdom and His righteousness first,
He knows what we need.
Along with these things,
He will lovingly provide what is necessary each day.

5.
When we continually hear about frightening events
happening in this world,
if we make His presence our refuge and support,
our troubles and fears will come to an end.
