This morning again I have come
Into Your holy presence, O Lord.
You are the great Protector
Who watches over me always.

By Your grace, O Lord,
You allowed me to sleep peacefully
Throughout the night that has passed.
So I lift my voice
And sing songs of praise to You.

The night has passed,
The light is shining,
And the earth is glowing with brightness.
I remember that Your light has come
To drive away the darkness within me.

Yesterday, today, and forever,
You have never been a stranger to me.
Because of this,
How blessed and joyful my life is
To have You before me!

I eagerly wait for that morning
When You will come again.
O Sun of Righteousness,
May Your glorious face
Shine upon this earth!
