            Gaanangal paadi pukazhthidum njaan
            Van krupayalenne ennum pularthunna
            Naadane vaazhthidum njaan
    
2. Chila neram thirukarathaal thaan
   Baala shikshakal thannidilum
   Thakka neram thanka kaikalilenthi
   Saanthwanappeduthum thaan-
    
3. Marubhoovasam tharumoru klesham
   Ethra katdinamaay vannaalum
   Thiru nenchil chaarum
   Velayilen mana kleshamakannidume

   Maruvum thannanthike njaan- 

Meaning:

1.
I will praise my Jesus forever,
Singing songs of worship to Him.
His holy name is like fragrant oil,
Bringing joy and gladness to my heart.

With great joy, with everlasting joy,
I will praise Him with songs of worship.
I will praise the Lord who, by His abundant grace,
Sustains and cares for me every day.

2.
At times, He may correct me
With His loving hand,
But at the right moment He will lift me
Into His precious arms
And comfort me.

3.
No matter how severe the trials may be,
Even when I must wander through the wilderness of hardship,
When I lean upon His loving heart,
All the troubles and sorrows within me disappear.

4.
My Beloved will surely come very soon
And take me home to heaven.
Then I will dwell forever in His presence,
Never to be separated from Him again,
And rejoice in His presence forever.
