Jesus our Lord is the Comforter,
He is the One who fills our hearts with joy.
Our loving Savior will always
Watch over us with tender love, surely.

Let us trust in Christ,
Let us always trust in Him.
Christ, who died on the cross and rose again—
Let us put our trust in Him.

When trouble comes, He becomes our refuge;
He draws near and holds us close to His heart.
He takes away our pain, wipes away our tears,
And embraces us, giving us comfort.

3.
When many trials come our way,
The Most High will strengthen and sustain us.
He will provide everything we need each day,
And our wonderful Lord will lead us onward.

4.
The One who promised to bring us
Into the Promised Land will surely come.
Even if heaven and earth should pass away,
The One who gave His promise will never change.
