    Vila koduthu enne vaangiyathaal-
     
  3. Maanavarkke neridaathoru
    Parishodhana tharikillavan
    Pareeksha tharumennaalum neekkupokkum
    Nalkum naadanente nallidayan-              

Meaning:

Nothing happens to me without my God knowing.
He will not test me with evil;
He gives me everything for my good.

When my troubles increase,
He gives me even greater comfort.
My compassionate Lord and Redeemer
heals my broken heart.

The testing of my faith is precious
in the presence of the Lord.
My Lord, the giver of life, will give me victory,
for He purchased me at a great price.

He will not give me a trial
that is beyond what a human being can endure.
Even when He allows me to be tested,
my Lord, my good Shepherd,
will also provide a way through it.
