Meaning:

My Lord and my God,
I trust in You today and forever.

Whether I pass through fire or through water,
through all the days of my life,
Your hands will hold me up,
keeping me from being consumed or overwhelmed.

Your presence brings me such comfort.
May the hands that touched and healed the sick
gently comfort me and fill me with joy.
