On that day, this earthly body will be transformed
Into a heavenly body,
When my beloved Jesus comes.

The Lord’s trumpet will sound,
And all His people will shout and sing for joy.
On that day, we will be gathered together in the sky,
When my beloved Jesus comes.

When my beloved Jesus comes,
He will reward all the good works
That His people have done
In the blessed name of the Lord.

In the blink of an eye,
We will be joyfully taken up to heaven.
Our tears will be wiped away,
And all our suffering will come to an end,
When my beloved Jesus comes.

One day, He will take me to the home
He has prepared for me in heavenly Zion,
To live there forever,
When my beloved Jesus comes.

May we always grow stronger and more faithful
In the work of the Lord each day.
May we live watchfully and faithfully,
For the Lord Jesus is coming soon.
