            Ente paapa bhaaramellaam theernnu poyallo

Meaning:

All the burden of my sins is gone;
I, though weak and humble, have become a child of God.

1.
He lifted me out of the pit
and placed my feet upon the solid rock.
He took away the fear from my heart
and gave me songs of praise.

2.
He set me free from my sins,
covered and wiped away my wrongdoing.
Whenever I call upon Him,
He will surely come near and help me.

3.
Even when fierce winds, heavy storms,
and rising waters surround me,
I will find a refuge in His presence,
where His unfailing love surrounds me.

4.
Though suffering increases in the world
and fear grows among its people,
I, a child of God, will sing songs of praise
even in the midst of trials.

5.
You who are righteous, rejoice always in the Lord;
be glad in Him.
Sing songs of praise
and honor and glorify His holy name.

6.
May I spend all my days
serving You, my good Lord, until the end.
And when my life here is finished,
may I go and dwell forever
in the home of my Savior and Lord.
