I will always sing songs of praise and thanksgiving
and worship my mighty Jesus,
who gave His own life for me on the cross.
I will praise Him with love for His great grace.

When I was weary under the burden of sin
and lying deep under its curse,
He came near to me,
shed His precious blood, and redeemed me.
Therefore, I will always sing with gratitude.

In times of anxiety and sorrow,
and even in times of trouble,
Jesus my Lord is my closest Friend
and gives me comfort throughout this wilderness journey.
I will always praise His holy name.

The Lord will soon come from heaven,
having prepared a home for me.
He will come with the angels in the clouds
to take me to be with Him in heaven.
There, in the home He has prepared for me,
I will live forever with great joy.
