3. Karthane! Ethrayanugrahangalayyo
   Nastamaakki eevidham-innum
   Kastatha thannil valayunnu njaanithaa
   Thattiyunarthaname-
    
4. Shoonyavum paazhumaay thalliyathaamee nin
   Mandiram thannilinnu-devaa
   Vannu paarthu shudhi cheythu
   Nin veettinte nindayakattaname-
    
5. Jeevithaminnum shariyaayittillayyo
   Jeevippikkum karthane!-vannu
   Jeevanum shakthiyum snehavum
   Thannenne jeevippichidaname-
    
6. Shakthiyin simhaasane jayaveeranaay
   Vaazhunnoreshu raajan-ennil
   Shakthiyode vannu vanidum neerathil

7. Ennalankaara vasthram dharichidum njaan
   Innu muthal daivame- melaal
   Ennil ashudhanum chelaaviheenanum
   Chernnu varikayilla-

   Daivaathmaave vannennil – ennum
   Aavasichu thava thejassaalennude
   Jeevan prashobhippikka-                                

Meaning:

1.
You left the courts of heaven
And came down to dwell within me.
O precious heavenly Dove,
You who are exalted above all,
Come and make Your home in me forever.

2.
How long did I hear
The sound of Your precious wings
Yet reject You without hesitation?
I gave Your dwelling place to others instead.
Now I remember it with deep sorrow.

3.
O Lord, how many blessings
I have sadly lost in this way!
Even now I am struggling
In the midst of hardship.
Please awaken me
And stir my heart back to life.

4.
This temple of Yours
Has been left empty and desolate.
O God, come and dwell here again.
Cleanse Your dwelling place
And remove the dishonor brought upon Your house.

5.
My life still has not been set right.
O Lord who gives life, come!
Give me life, strength, and love,
And make me truly alive again.

6.
When Jesus the King,
The victorious One who reigns
Upon the throne of power,
Comes and reigns within me in His strength,
Then I too will live a life of spiritual strength and victory.

7.
From this day forward, O God,
I will put on the garments
With which You clothe me.
Let nothing unclean or shameful
Have any place in me anymore.

8.
O Spirit of God, come and dwell in me
So that I may be kept and preserved in this way.
Remain within me forever,
And by Your glory
Make my life shine brightly.
