Jesus, You are my refuge,
My only hope as I journey through this world.
Even if everyone on earth were to abandon me,
You are the Lord who still cares for me.

You draw near and bring me comfort.
So I have nothing to fear at all;
Day and night, You are my refuge and protection.

You shed Your precious blood on the cross,
Breaking my chains and making me Your own.
What a blessed and everlasting relationship!

About this wonderful bond with You.

When sorrow fills my heart,
Your words fill me with joy and comfort.
My heart rejoices in You;
I rest against Your heart
And find peace and comfort.

O Lord of my soul, when will You come?
My deepest longing will never be satisfied
Until You come.
