I am walking the same path that Jesus walked,
And He leads me with His loving hands.

With Jesus I will walk the path of the cross,
The path of the cross, I will walk it.
I will keep going without turning back,
I will walk with Jesus.

Even if my family and friends strongly oppose me,
Whatever may happen along my journey of faith,

Even if poverty and suffering leave my body weak,
Even if my heart is broken beneath the heavy burdens of sorrow,

Millions upon millions of my friends are dying in sin.
Should I not tell them about the way of salvation?

People throughout the world are engaged in so many struggles!
Shall we, the soldiers of the cross, be the only ones who remain asleep?

For all the days of my life, I will follow Him.
I will fight the good fight faithfully
And finish the race He has set before me.
