Meaning:
1.
What amazing love the Lord has shown
To redeem me!
He revealed His mighty love
By willingly facing a terrible death.
His love is deeper than I could ever imagine;
No words could ever describe it.
Jesus loved me—
How could I ever find words
To express such incredible love?
2.
He wore a crown of thorns
And endured unbearable suffering.
He gave His own life
So that I could live forever.
3.
I was once without peace,
But I found true peace in Him.
How could I ever fully describe
The peace I have found in Jesus?
4.
In Christ, I have discovered
True and lasting joy.
Now the pleasures and happiness
This world offers
Seem so small and insignificant
Compared with the joy I have found in Him.
