Because the Lord is the One who redeemed me,
and because He is able to lead and guide me,
and because He will come and take me to be with Him in the heavens,
I will sing Hallelujah!

Jesus alone is the One
in whom I can place my hope in this world.
His great love humbled Him
even to the point of the cross.
O Lord, I am too weak and unworthy
to describe the depth, length, and breadth
of such immeasurable love.

What did You see in me,
my Lord and the Lover of my soul,
that You were willing to have Your hands nailed to the cross?
When I see You in heaven—
the One whose face was struck and covered with spit—
I will embrace and kiss my Beloved.

My Lord is the most beautiful among thousands.
He is pure and radiant,
and He is altogether good.
My heart longs more and more
for the day when I will live with Him
throughout all eternity.
