The Lord will soon come riding on the clouds;
The time has come to draw near to our Lord and Savior.
Let us rejoice with great joy in our hearts
And wait for that glorious day.

As famine, deadly diseases, earthquakes, and wars
Increase more and more throughout the world,
Let us wake up and be strong;
Let us wait for that glorious day.

Let us put away our divisions and come together as one.
Let us run our race with reverence and devotion.
Let us shout for joy and praise the Lord;
Let us sing “Hallelujah”
And wait for that glorious day.

3.
In days of trouble and times of testing,
The Lord will give us His grace each day.
Our troubles will come to an end, and we will be with the Lord.
Let us wait for that glorious day.
