Meaning:

1
When I remember the One who promised,
“I will take care of you,”
I have nothing to fear.
There is no one else in this world
Who can carry all my burdens for me,
So I place them all upon Your shoulders.
2
When I grow weak and faint from lack of food,
A raven will come to me with food;
It will bring bread and meat in its beak
And place them in my hands.
You will lead me to the spring of living water
And satisfy my thirst.
3
Even when I endure famine in Zarephath,
And sit there prepared to die,
The flour in my jar will not run out,
And the oil in my vessel
Will continue to overflow.
4
Look at the ravens:
They neither sow nor reap,
Nor do they fill their barns with harvest.
Look at the lilies of the field—
They grow beautifully,
And the birds of the sky
Are fed day after day.
5
Even when I tremble at the news of an enemy,
And lie down to sleep beneath the broom tree,
Angels will come and awaken me
With bread baked over the fire.
They will feed me until I am satisfied
And strengthen me day by day.
